Explain the benefits of having a single contractor for most of the work, emphasizing attention to detail and quality.
Initial Estimate:
Create and present an initial estimate to the homeowner.
3D Design Creation:
Develop a 3D design based on the homeowner's preferences.
Agreement and Down Payment:
The homeowner agrees to the estimate, pays the down payment, and gets scheduled for the project.
Notification of Start Date:
Notify the homeowner of the project start date.
Project Execution:
Perform the work with daily updates on the progress.
Project Completion:
Ensure the project meets the homeowner's expectations and collect the final payment.
Follow-Up Email:
Send a follow-up email with budget estimates after the initial meeting.
Feedback Request:
Send a review/reference email to gather feedback on the project.
